Acorns are meant to become oaks. Who are you meant to become?
What would it feel like to feel achieve your most important goals with the help of an intimate community of support?
You can do this. I’d love to help.
Hi! I’m Lindsey A Rogers. I’ll be your coach throughout our six month journey together.
If you don’t already know me, here’s a Cliff’s Notes version: I’m a leadership and social impact coach for visionary social entrepreneurs, creators, and change agents doing work that changes the world. I help people like you get out of their own way, grow in their leadership, and find and walk their true path — the one that gives them the most joy and their highest level of impact.
Beyond my training and experience as a coach, I have more than ten years experience working in and with impact-focused organizations. I’ve coached both experienced and early-stage social impact leaders through pivotal decisions, built and led hiring processes, and created new fundraising models and operational infrastructures.
In this program, I’ll help you get and keep moving forward in a way that is most aligned with who you are and who you want to become.

How the Changemakers in Action Program Works
Changemakers in Action is a virtual, small group program that takes place over six months. After applying and being accepted into the program, you are matched to a “tripod” of awesome people — you and two other changemakers — based on your goals and your availability.
Tripods meet every other week for ninety minutes at a time — the perfect amount of time to combine action + accountability. The power of three means that everyone gets focused, targeted attention on each call — and with two other folks counting on you and cheering you on, the accountability to each other is very real.
